With the colder weather starting to set in its defiantly time to start choosing your winter boots.

Here at Pink Flamingo we have an amazing collection to suit all, from our favourite specialist designers Tamaris and Caprice.

Caprice are renowned for the technology they incorporate into their footwear designs. They are best known for their 'walking on air' slogan which is a reference to the air cushioning system they use in the soles of their shoes. Many Caprice shoes also have an anti - shock heel. The heel contains pneumatic chambers and stabilizer's inside that work to help reduce the pressure exerted during walking on the spine, discs and joints.

Tamaris is another brand great brand that we stock here at Pink Flamingo! Tamaris produce classic designs that are great for everyday wear, in soft durable fabrics. Tamaris also include a lot of technology in their footwear such as the patented anti - shock heel.

Every girl needs a classic black boot in their shoe-drobe. These Caprice boots are versatile and elegant great for taking you from day to night. Featuring an anti -shock heel and soft lining. Also available in a bordeaux red coloured leather and priced at £140.

One of our best selling Caprice boots is the double buckle vario boot. It is a brilliant boot for everyday wear with a low comfortable heel and soft cosy lining. This boot is also great for ladies that need a smaller or wider fit around the calf as you can adjust the fit using the buckles. Our best selling practical boot is the classic Tamaris snow boot. The tread on the bottom of the boot gives you a good grip in slippery conditions, the soft lining and water repellent outer will also keep you warm and dry. Every glamorous girl about town needs a chic ankle boot and at Pink Flamingo  we think these Tamaris boots are the perfect choice. With a soft suede fabric in either black or brown, and featuring a side zip and fur trim. They are priced at £74.99

We Love Irregular Choice Autmn Winter 2012 2013

There is a bit of a buzz here at Pink Flamingo around the new Irregular Choice collection for Autumn Winter. Staff and customers alike are fighting to get their hands on their favourite pair.



The Irregular Choice autumn winter campaign features the striking Audrey Kitching a super cool fashion blogger form Philadelphia. The Irregular Choice team thought she was a great ambassador for their brand with her quirky and unusual style.
The Irregular Choice team flew out to Philadelphia especially to shoot the new campaign they used locations such as Philadelphia's China Town, Mexican restaurants and boutique hotels.

The shoes that Audrey is pictured wearing above are The Bowtiful Shoes in Grey and White (Also pictured below). They have a beautiful pink coloured plastic heel and a tweed polka dot fabric. The cute bow on the front of the shoe is knitted. This shoe is also available in black and white with a black plastic heel. This shoe is priced at £74.99.

Irregular Choice was launched in 1999 by designer Dan Sullivan from the quaint seaside town of Brighton, England. Dan wanted to change the way we see shoes and put his Irregular 'stomp' on the footwear world.

Irregular Choice has always been known for maintaining creativity and individuality in a world of conformity.

 

You might recognise the Patty shoe from previous seasons but it has been brought stomping into Autumn Winter 2012 with a new Lilac colour palette. It features Purple floral and polka dot print fabrics, and appliqué heart and union jack design over the toes in this iconic Irregular Choice style! This shoe is priced at £64.99.

Poetic Licence Arrives!

All the team at Pink Flamingo  are super excited by the arrival of Poetic Licence Shoes new autumn / winter collection.

This is the first season we have had the privilege of stocking their beautiful designs.

Poetic Licence are the sister brand of Irregular Choice but their collections have a very different feel . Poetic Licence takes its influences from British culture, vintage fabrics and world inspiration. Their design team incorporates their love of things past into artfully modern designs to make extraordinary unique footwear.

Poetic Licence first launched as a brand in 2005 in London. The design team has since made their way to the south east coast of England to the delightful town of Brighton where they continue to provide unparalleled vintage - inspired footwear, which they sell all over the world. 

The new Autumn / Winter collection has a classic colour palette featuring warm taupe's and chic monochrome with highlights of silver, electric blue and pumpkin orange.

Our favorite here at Pink Flamingo is the Downtown Darling Boot a very vintage style boot with a Victoriana feel in brown or black suede with a leather covered toe and heel. There is a wide satin orange or blue lace up the front of the boot placed in a colourful woven fabric with a striped seam. This boot has a zip fastening on the inside. Priced at £125.

Hello Little Mistress

With weeks of waiting Pink Flamingo Boutique finally say hello to the Little Mistress Lauren Pope collection and it's beautiful.

Lauren worked with the in house design team at Little Mistress to create luscious fabrics, pretty colours and different shapes and styles. The collection finds inspiration from 50's and 60's body con and shirt dresses as key shapes, key detailing including peter pan collars, pin tucking, colour blocking and cut work. The colour palate includes mocha, navy, nude and light aqua perfect for the summer season.

This is the TOWIE's stars first steps into the fashion industry and we think shes done a fabulous job.

Little Mistress is a 'must have' label which is rapidly growing its reputation with high quality manufacturing and finishing adapting the latest catwalk trends and the seasons colours. Little Mistress creates collections that are feminine, chic, pretty, affordable and wearable. Cath Kidston: Where It All Began

Cath Kidston is a prime example of creating vintage inspired products that are well made, fun, practical and affordable, taking inspiration from her childhood of creating large patchwork duvets with her family she then decided to create her own pretty floral patterns and voila Cath Kidston the brand was born, and we currently have her latest collection available in our Pink Flamingo Boutique, Rochester or Starfish in Whitstable.

Cath Kidston began in 1993 by opening a tiny shop in London’s Holland Park selling vintage fabrics, wallpapers and brightly painted junk furniture from which she remembered from her childhood.

She cleverly re-worked traditional English country house style which meant her shop became a huge cult success.

Cath Kidston gradually began to design her own prints and products, the first being a printed ironing board cover. Her product base quickly expanded to include an extensive range of homeware products as well as fashion, accessories and kids. This product base seems to grow and grow each year revealing more quirky designs and products.

New Darling Has Arrived!

Darling’s beautiful spring / summer collection has arrived at Pink Flamingo Boutique. With the evenings and mornings gradually getting lighter this only means British summer time is on its way! Darling’s new collection sure does compliment the spring so gracefully making the individual pieces perfect to wear on those fresh spring and hazy summer days.

The new Darling Valarie and Darling Poppy Dress are perfect dresses for a summer time wedding in floating fabrics and pretty prints they really compliment a summers backdrop.

The Darling trench coats fit perfectly with a double breasted front and a tie around waist perfect for Spring time for those ‘just in case’ moments. The trench coats come in 2 different colours a navy blue and beige, both popular colours this season.
